EIA: US Propane/Propylene Stocks DN 0.7% Week Ended Nov. 15 OAKHURST, N.J. (DTN) --- The Energy Information Administration reports total domestic propane/propylene stocks of 97.705 million bbl in the week ending Nov. 15, down 663,000 bbl week-on-week and 1.567 million bbl, or 1.6% lower than in the same week last year. Data show propane/propylene exports last week averaged 2.18 million bpd, up 397,000 bpd week-on-week and 393,000 bpd, or 18%, higher than in the same week last year. Implied demand for propane/propylene in the United States averaged 740,000 bpd, down 579,000 bpd week-on-week and 242,000 bpd, or 32.7% lower than in the same week last year. EIA reports domestic propane/propylene production averaged 2.702 million bpd, up 25,000 bpd week-on-week and 105,000 bpd, or 3.9% higher than in the same week last year. East Coast PADD 1 inventories ended the week at 8.05 million bbl, up 616,000 bbl week-on-week and 2.286 million bbl, or 28.4% lower than in the same week last year. Midwest PADD 2 inventories ended the week at 28.625 million bbl, down 142,000 bbl week-on-week and 2.051 million bbl, or 7.2% higher than in the same week last year. Gulf Coast PADD 3 inventories ended the week at 55.212 million bbl, down 855,000 bbl week-on-week and 238,000 bbl, or 0.4% lower than in the same week last year. Combined inventories in the Rockies and the West Coast, PADD 4 and 5, ended the week at 5.817 million bbl, down 282,000 bbl week-on-week and 1.095 million bbl, or 18.8% lower than in the same week last year.
